As the solicitor dealing with our buyer they were very slow, uncommunicative and untruthful. They told our buyer one story about issues, the estate agent a completely different story, and niether one could be substantiated. Eventually they forced our ailing buyer to pull out of the purchase for no good reason, scaring him with scenarios which were completely false and not even attempting to find out the truth. I would recommend giving this company a wide berth.
