Right from the first meeting, Raj made me feel that we were in capable, professional hands and I felt very reassured during an incredibly stressful time.
At our first appointment, Raj outlined what supporting information we would need, the cost of both the application and his fee, the kind of waiting times we should expect once the application was submitted, and how long before my before my current visa expired we were able to lodge the new application.
All through the process, Raj was there to answer questions and was wonderfully reassuring. I simply cannot recommend Raj highly enough!
Thank you so very much, Raj!!
All been done stress free and easy just with little bit patience. Now I live my happy days waiting for my future wife to join me .
Can’t say thank you enough , for helping Us in our most important life moments .
Highly recommend professionals ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sincerely Beramie and Nerijus
Once all the necessary documents were in order RP Singh Solicitors submitted the application on our behalf, saving us the hassle of filling in several multipage forms. They also arranged payment of all the requisite fees to the Home Office.
This was followed by an excruciating 6-month wait due to the UKVI temporarily prioritising visa applications for Ukrainian nationals. However, having applied through RP Singh Solicitors has given us confidence in the success of our case and the strength to endure the wait. Ultimately, all visas had been granted so my family and I could finally be together!
I have not had much to do with lawyers up to now, but my experience with Raj was really great.
We were able to pay on terms.
The feed back and communication was excellent.
The result was positive at the end.
It is good to meet a man with integrity and empathy.
Good job.
After 8 years, complications, court battles (which we won thanks to Raj) and other little issues, today is the day my wife finally becomes a British citizen.
If you think solicitors are expensive, please, please reconsider and chat to Raj and his team before you make the decision to do it yourself. You will find his calming nature and professional route and knowledge through the legal system really does help gain some understanding of what is usually a really complicated process.
I highly recommend Rajinder Singh Rathore and RP Singh Solicitors to help with your immigration needs they are the best out there.
Thank you so much again Raj, it has been a journey, one of which we would of struggled doing without you.
At the appointment he did his best to try and ease the stress, and asked what felt like a million questions. He then asked what paperwork I’d got with me, which was only the basics, passports, life in the UK, English test, BRP, 3 months bank statements. As I was not sure what was actually needed for the application. He then said it should be a straightforward application. But there would be a fairly significant amount of paperwork that I would need to provide due to the length of time I’d been in the U.K. Following the appointment he sent me an email with a huge list of documents that were required.
Once I’d obtained all the requested documents I booked another appointment with him for the beginning of July 2022. Some of the documents were letters from previous employers confirming that I’d worked for them from A to B, and it took a while to get. In I went with all the documents in a back pack and a messenger style bag, which he did not seem to take much notice of. Oh was he so unprepared for me, as in the bags was 3 full size lever arch binders and a couple of smaller binders, with my entire life in. Every bank statement, every utility bill, payslips, employment contracts, you get the idea. Every time he asked for a set of documents out came another binder. He only registered the amount of paperwork I’d brought with me when I pulled out the 3rd binder. He then said pull them all out and leave them here, he’d just go through them and pull out what he wants for the application and give them back. So I guess OCD has its uses at times.
We met again at the end of July to submit the application to the home office. We had problems getting Biometrics appointments, as they were fully booked and didn’t get one booked until mid September 2022.
Middle of December 2022 I get an email from Dalvinder saying my application was successful.
Citizenship ceremony was done middle of January 2023.
Definitely worth it. Will be using Dalvinder again to sort my brother application out when he gets his act together.
