Absolutely appalling customer service. Their solicitor David A. actually shouted at me down the phone. Difficult to deal with and arrogant!

Quite possibly the worst firm I’ve ever dealt with. Alan Goldberg either hates his job, his life or both. If not for that fact that he’s such an ignorant, arrogant, pompous human being I would actually feel sorry for him. You are supposed to work for your clients and with associated industries, (estate agents and other solicitors) not against them. For what it’s worth, I recommend everyone to stay away for their own good and for Alan to learn some customer service skills, or at least some basic common decency or, simply just retire!

My wife and I have used this practice and the same solicitor since we purchased our first home in 1974. First class service and wouldn't use anyone else (while he's alive anyway '_' )

We all occasionally come across issues in our lives, I'd just like to add that Alan really helped me with constructive advise and a professional services on a number of occasions... so thank you Alan, sorry it's been so long since using EO&Co before recommending. JL

This company seems to be linked with Mr Water field on companies House. He also runs Cleversons, the most inept, negligent company we have ever dealt with. It seems this person is on a lot of companies under different guises. We almost became homeless due to their gross conduct. Google companies house and think twice before using these companies.

Got everything done for my sale on time but awful customer service. Any requests for updates are met with a miserable short response and communication was non existent. Wouldn’t use them again.
