Horrible Customer Service!!!

They never return calls and if they do they charge you for it. Mr Moloney took our money and never did a thing. I have pages of unanswered emails and calls that were never returned. So how exactly was the £800 used? Then when he asked for more money and I didn't pay he went behind my back and notified the other solicitor that he was no longer representing us. He didn't even have the decency to notify me of this. This is just the tip of the ice berg, so much more. I would NEVER recommend them!!! HORRIBLE!!! THE WORST!!!

I have used Witts Moloney on several occasions for Matrimonial and Conveyancing and I have always found them to be very customer friendly and very professional, they also take the time to make sure that all your concerns are covered and that you are totally happy with the work that they do for you. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Fantastic team!

A horrendous service! I’m in the middle of divorce proceedings which are stressful enough and would expect the decency of a solicitor to return calls and respond to you where necessary!

I was provided with what seemed to be an all singing and all dancing service in my initial consultation and decided to use this firm to support me with the legalities of my divorce! However, since then I have received the worst customer service. Money paid but calls are never returned and emails not responded too! I’ve requested a certain financial order be made alongside my divorce yet the work needed for this is yet to happene despite my umpteen attempts to speak with the firm about this!

We used Witts Moloney for our house sale/purchase in Sept/Oct 2019. Very professional service with good comms and follow up advice. I compared prices with three other local companies and found them to be very competitive.

Was recommended this solicitor however when I called and started explaining our need the woman on the phone huffed and when I ask if she was okay she was so full of attitude about it. Put me off straight away. So you've lost us and future clients because of this woman's shocking attitude!!
