We used Iacopi-Palmer Solicitors for our recent house sale and purchase conveyancing and could not be more pleased with the fantastic service we received. All our correspondence was dealt with promptly and efficiently and the process, that was new to us was clearly explained.
We could not have hoped for a better experience and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Dreadful. When we were, through no choice of our own, caught up in an estate claim our first meeting was misinterpreted which ended up costing tens of thousands of pounds. Advice was late, and often so unclear as to be useless. Senior partner was rude and arrogant to us, late to meetings, and seemed more concerned with impressing our Barrister than looking after our interests. Sloppy lateness ended up with us paying for a directions hearing unnecessarily. Final straw was when vital information was forwarded to us too late for us to enact, and we were told by Kevin Palmer that the opposing solicitor wouldn't deal with us without him. This was a lie. Cannot believe all the positive reviews here, so I assume a lot are friends and family. I don't want anyone else to go through what we went through so would definitely advice against using this firm.
