we feel somewhat fortunate that Jeffrey Mills represented us to purchase our cottage near Bury St Edmunds Without a doubt the best solicitor we’ve ever used in 45 years ones so thankful that companies like Willett & Co still exist forget the rest these people really are the best Gregory & Clare Bryant .

Terrible experience, currently they are dealing with the sale of a property we are trying to purchase and have simply not done their job. Simple mistakes and no attention to detail. I'm frankly writing this now in the hope it may push them along in some tiny way.

Absolutely the worst company I have had the pleasure of contacting! I rang and left a message for them to call me which they ignored so I followed it up again and left yet another message for them to call me. They just rang me back and she was probably the most snotty grumpy not interested person I have ever spoken too-Avoid the company if you can ( I am still in shock with how I was spoken too) This is 2022! the lady I spoke to should should seek a career change or retirement! I would be pleased with either.

Friendly service at first initial letter was incorrect in so many ways.
Then sent me a invoice for extra work
to correct this for which they already had the information for on their 1st attempt.

Called to enquire about getting legal advice about a business transaction dispute, spoke to David Shipman, he seemed very interested in my case and wanted to help but advised not to spend money on legal advice as its not needed, but offered alternative solution for lower cost which I will probably take him up on. Definitely will be my lawyer of choice for future.

David Shipman was suppose to be my solicitor. He did not stay in contact with me. No update on anything. Did not arrive at court either. Very unprofessional. At first I thought when I spoke over the phone with him he was great but then didn't respond to any of my emails nor calls.
