We had recently signed our first will with Karen. She was lovely and took the time to explain all the details. We had to take the kids with us, on one occasion and although they are v young and restles, she has been incredibly patient and professions. Would definitely use again and recommend 👌

Alsters Kelley were the co-executors of my late parents' estate. From the death of my last surviving parent, Alsters Kelley, under the leadership of Corrine Seabourne has managed the probate application and estate transfers, supported the sale of the property and have provided sound guidance all the way during the completion of the estate. Everything has been handled promptly and professionally, and any query or concern I raised was dealt with immediately - even during the very trying COVID-related issues that we have all had to face. Corrine Seabourne provided a very professional and solid support for all queries, and actually covered all of my questions and possible concerns before I raised any, which was very reassuring. Having Alsters Kelley as the co-executors of the estate and it being handled as professionally as it was, I had no hesitation in asking them to handle the sale of my parents' property. Again, the advice and support of the team appointed to manage the sale was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for more. Alsters Kelley have since helped us to move house from Northamptonshire to Wales. This was a process fraught with difficulty, challenge and frustration, all of which were dealt with very professionally by Helen Checketts who managed to steer us through all the issues with calm, clear guidance and advice. I think, without Helen's support, we may well have given up the attempt at a couple of stages!!

Helen Checketts. Incompetent, lazy and uncaring. Single handedly made our life a living hell dragging out conveyancing for 5 months. I would never, ever, buy or sell a house if her name is even mentioned in proceedings again. Avoid or risk being homeless.

Absolutely disappointed in this firm! My mum had a medical claim in 2017 with this company and after 5 failed solicitors each telling my mum a different story about how we have a brilliant case! Medical experts saying a good case. My mum had to email to chase her claim for the email to bounce back and oh yes another solicitor!
We have been left being told oh no claim! We will find a new solicitor. And make everyone aware of the poor service my mum has received from this company.!
