This place show everyone else up. Gordon is considerate, responsive (even to the same questions daily) and makes you feel safe. Gordon sets SUCH HIGH STANDARD is EFFICIENT and QUICK. I am a client from hell but never felt ignored or just a number. IPL show up the other agencies out there. If you want someone you can trust and who looks after you use IPL. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had such a bad experience with this company. We were first time buyers and our estate agent recommended this company. There was a huge lack of communication from conveyancer and his secretaries. They were rude everytime I called the office and asked for advice. We were sent forms through the post to fill out without any information. We were basically left alone and had to do our own research and get advice from other homeowners. Shocked to see positive reviews here. Perhaps we were treated differently as we are young first time buyers, but it should not be this way as this is a paid service and they should treat all clients fairly. I advise everyone to ensure they chose the right conveyancing company to avoid stress and disappointment and not just go by what the agents recommend. Everything has been finalized and we are in our new home but it was a long and stressful process. I only wish I did my research and found a company with friendly and helpful staff. Extremely bad experience with Mr Gordon Brown and his ladies.

This is the second time we have used IPL and we wouldn't ever go with another solicitors for our house move. They are always on the end of the phone to help with any enquires and they are very sufficient in their work. Made our move a lot easier
