I used these Solicitors to buy and sell my home. As everyone will know that has embarked on this stressful process there are many pitfalls. Timms made my experience : stress free and handled everthing which took the pressure from me. Extremely professional leaving no sone unturned. Would highly recommend this Solicitor.

Their conveyancing department leaves a lot to be desired. Poor communications and a lack of urgency. When I asked for a complaint to be kept anonymous, it wasn't! Not impressed.

Don't use if your conveying a house, If you do,,,you will need to call, call,, and call again. Updates non existent unless you chase them (3 days to return calls) . So in short, you'll be the driving force. Current Covid means call centre calls only (chocolate Tea pot). In summary, a company still in the 20th century and would like to be in the 19th. Update "response on Google 1 hour, contact via email,,,,,still waiting.
