Honestly what an amazing team - as clueless and very nervous first time buyers who had just left a law practice who treated us poorly, my partner and I could really feel how professional Marielyne and the team were. Recently had to answer a false claim off racial abuse by my next door neighbour, after I have made over 10 harassment claims against her, still on going. Simon Blanch, my legal representative from Fellowes, was just simply, outstanding!
I was obviously, mortified, upset and angry by this false allegation, but Simon was a total professional, reassuring me at every stage, and was amazing in the police interview. The police delivered a ‘no further action’ on this case.
