COWBOYS is the only way to describe this firm and Sajeev Kooran. My buyers used this firm and they continually lied throughout the process and did not communicate AT ALL with the chain. We have been attempting to exchange for the past 2 weeks, and Sajeev Kooran refuses to speak to my solicitors and is never in the office. It is now 3pm and we have been told that he is not in the office (again!!!!) leaving the entire chain in limbo. Every person in the chain who has spoken to them has said how rude and incompetent they are. I have been forced to pay additional fees and removal costs due to his complete incompetence!!! DO NOT USE AT ANY COST IF YOU WANT TO MOVE!!!!
