Made an appointment over the phone. Booked the morning off work, turned up to find place closed, shutter up and neither phone number answered. Still waiting 4 days later for a call back from my numerous missed calls and voicemail.

I contacted Moss and Co 2 weeks ago in order to try and get some assistance on a long running landlord dispute regarding succession of a property. I received a callback and after a fact finding conversation and fee advice I agreed to a formal telephone appointment for the following week. The appointment lasted just under an hour and later that day I received a draft letter which I provided feedback on, the next working day I received the amendment which I then signed off on and a form for me to check and sign giving them authorisation to discuss my account with the housing association that the housing association may provide them with any information they might need to request. 3 days later I received communication from the housing association that they would no longer dispute my succession claim and I subsequently received a form later that evening to sign to complete my succession of the property in question.

I was extremely happy with the service provided, Narinder, who was handling my case, was both professional and informative. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone having a similar dispute.

I was consulted to the up most quality from start to finish. i knew i had someone on my side when sometimes it can be difficult especially when you are fighting a losing battle. He was professional and knowledgeable and gave the correct advice. The way he defended me in the court was amazing the CPS and magistrates practically agreed with everything he said and luckily i got off lightly thank you to Mr Gross of Moss & Co Solicitors .
