As a full-time property investor, a good solicitor is a necessity for my business. I have used Rizwan Shah for a few of my property purchases & sales now and find him to be incredibly efficient, approachable and meticulous. In property, it's imperative that purchases/sales go through to exchange & completion quickly and Rizwan is able to work to a quick time-frame which is a breath of fresh air. Infields provide an excellent service with very competitive rates, I highly recommend them (and Rizwan).

I had the most wonderful relationship with this firm for many decades. Then I became the victim of malicious gossip by a sibling and when I wanted to update my will to remove charities that no longer existed, I was informed that as a result of the problem with the sibling, they saw a conflict of interest, though the perpetrator was not in my will. I’d removed him a year earlier when we also had issues. But after the death of my mother, who was not in my will either, they dumped me. I felt they might have told me earlier eg after the death of my mother. They also mislaid a document, but seemed not to care. I’ve placed this review so people can make an informed decision. This is no way to treat a victim. And as for their ‘conflict of interest’, that seems like a very stupid excuse. They have simply added to the distress of the loss of my mum.

Amanda has been amazing throughout the whole process of buying and selling a home. My emails are replied to almost immediately and I am kept well informed of progress across the chain. Would highly recommend!

Not only did I receive the most excellent and speedy process (completing in 5 weeks), but also, the amount of emotional support, advice, guidance that I received from Rizwan was well above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. Amanda acted on our behalf for a recent house purchase and was fantastic throughout. We had some challenges with a lack of progress and communication from the solicitors on the other side but Amanda always responded very quickly to our emails and kept the pressure on, without her persistence on our behalf I really feel the purchase may have fallen through.

All costs were fully explained up front and overall we felt very well guided through the whole process, would highly recommend.

Alaister Hargreaves did some fiendishly complicated conveyancing for me which involved several mortgages and some very challenging individuals who were buying my house. Most people weren't at all sure it could be done, but Alastair pieced the jigsaw together and got the job done speedily and impeccably. He was thoughtful, knew his onions thoroughly and was reassuring and kind. Thank you Alastair!
