not happy with service at all... i wanna change my solicitor. ... solicitor don't even reply or pick up calls 😒...
I urgently wanna talk to my solicitor but from 3 days I email and called her 😢 .. she doesn't give a damn

This firm is NEVER to be trusted although according to the SRA solicitors are to be trusted. My case for serious rat infestation to my property has been with them since January 2020. The only thing this firm is concerned about is collecting money from the Legal Aid Agency for so called work that they are never interested in doing!

My solicitor JP pretended to be interested in fighting my care with Clarion housing under Merton council. I went to them with a serious case about rat infestation, multiple mould growth in the bedroom walls, walkway and bathroom. My JP whom I believe is not acting alone but with others within this firm has not been straightforward with my case. After collecting monies from the Legal Aid Agency, they appear to just do nothing. He is rather acting for the Landlord instead of me and my children in a flat adjudged not fit for human habitation as rated by an independent assessor. As a result my case has not gone anywhere.

Clarion housing at Merton has refused to rehouse us, refused to carry out disrepair works under the pretext that they have no access which I always give. Currently my floor covering was removed by workmen to replace it that same day. Over 1 month on me and my 4 children have to walk on the cold bare floor without any covering. I have brought this under the attention of my solicitor acting within this firm called JP but nothing has been done.
