Having had the need for a layer I did a quick search and came across Gwyn James. I must say I was very impressed that everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I have always been made to feel very welcome here and had some great advice and help whenever I've come here. Been able to talk to them on several occasions asking questions that might seem silly and never once came away feeling that I was a bother to them. should I need to consult a lawyer again I would definitely come back here.

The buyers of our house had nothing but trouble with them and everything to 4 weeks even the simple stuff. This mixed with the communication skills of a brick gave everyone involved nothing but heartache and stress.

We used them to conveyance our new home. When reading the paper work we noted a few issues which they had not noticed. When we queried the issues they were complainant and didn't apologize for missing things. We also wanted something changed on the contract by the seller and they didn't help,to the point where, when we called the receptionist would say the solicitor was unavailable, when it was obvious they were there and didn't want to talk to us. In the end our wonderful estate agent sorted it and got the contract altered! We ended up doing most of the work ourselves. Waste of money.

We used Gwyn James solicitors when buying our first house. Due to being a first time buyer I had no clue about the process, but Gwyn James were so helpful. They explained the whole process and kept me up to date during the whole exchange. Very responsive to emails and queries both via email and over the phone. Was so happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend Gwyn James to others buying a house.
