Dont even waste your time going here. The receptionist is incredibly rude, asking personal legal questions over the telecom downstairs and they have a noisy road so you literally have to shout out over the intercom. Anyhow, I was dismissed with "we cannot help you" Apparently they are too big to certify documents! Please avoid and don't waste your time with them
