OMG the Newark office let my dads estate deteriorate and do not respond to emails, didn’t renew my dads insurances , did not send interim bills out and advise of costs and despite asking numerous times did not reply . I put in several complaints and then they informed me not to contact them unless an emergency as costs were considerable. Despite dads house being broken into several times I had to do all the chasing in regards the insurance company to which they never put a claim in. Refusal to pass personnel items worthless in monatary value and then them all to be stolen in a burglary . The executors wanted everything handed on a plate and constant asking same questions and not paying debtors. Even when I advised I think dad had more assets they refused to acknowledge my letters . Avoid this company at all costs
