I am writing this on behalf of a lady with a learning disability and depression, who cannot write for herself, who approached Ian to undertake a negligence case for her. The lady's learning disability meant that more time and effort were required of Ian that would be the norm. Time, effort and friendly professional understanding that he freely provided and at all times he acted so as to minimise the stress for her. He also considered and acted in the clients best interest. I could not see a faceless corporate entity acting with this mix of compassion and professionality.
