No wheelchair access passersby on the street helped me in. Lied and said she (Fernanda Stefani) called and told me not to come but when I complained lied again and told her boss I was upset because my paper work wasn't right. Couldn't direct me home another customer inside took me to the train station. Not going back there very distressing. No collaboration inside the office . Would give no stars but not an option. Actually the receptionist deserves 5. She assisted me up and down the stairs to get to the toilet as there is no lift.

Agron was a fantastic solicitor! He was very professional, supportive, informative and reliable. I had a million and one questions, and Agron always patiently got back to me. Without Agron I would have been a ball of stress and confusion! I am very grateful for his professional services and recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.

I am there existing client , going through a hell of bad service. I will never ever recommend this firm ever. Wastage of time and everything.

If anyone need a legal help please hire Solictor who is contactable and available face to face in his office and over the phone at your nearest high street.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the last 3 weeks. Every time I call they say your solicitor is on leave, they *may* be back tomorrow so call again. They don’t even tell you for sure when they will be back. Complete waste of time.

Went to Duncan Lewis on Kingsland High street for documents certification. The person was very helpful and it was done in less than 5 minutes.

I absolutely agree with you Shelly , Forida Hakim is a liar and extremely abusive. She threatened me on so many occasions and basically got me to do all the hard work regarding my case. I would advise any one that thinks about using her to think again and again! On top of this I sent an email to the client care team 5 months ago to contact me, in regards to Forida Hakim and they have not responded. I sent another email to them yesterday and I am still waiting for a reply. This woman preys on the vulnerable stay clear of her.
