Worst experience ever. Be xery careful of Ann. Avoid her at all cost. If you have housing disrepair Morrison Spowart Solicitors is not the ideal place for ethnic minorities. I didn't even want to give the 1 Star. I will not be recommending their services to the weak or vulnerable because fairness and justice goes through the window and in comes misrepresentation and abuse on all fours and all levels across the board. You'll get what the duck got. And they will get your Legal Aid or cap you with the bill. Yeah, I'm sure we've heard this type of review before, so why are we still sending them. Because very little as changed. Its not complicated, perhaps she needs early retirement.

Be warned
I approached the solicitors regarding housing disrepair.I should of reported them to the SRA. They advised they could help and then they backtracked . I was left in the lurch. Hayley Jack is not professional and it’s sad they behave this way. I was told they can’t take my case due to my landlord doing works and it’s not viable. I took the case to court myself and found a new solicitor because I was left with no solicitor because of you.
Please take note future clients

I sent them an enquiry regarding my social housing case and they were happy to respond and take all the details, telling me they are happy to help, however the minute they heard legal aid they told me they can’t help. This has happened on 3 separate occasions… moral of the story is, if you don’t have any money to pay up front they are not interested. I was given their details by a social worker…

I have been using this business for several years now they are very good I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their service. I have had always been happy with the professionalism and believe that this business is extremely skilled and experienced. I also have been dealt with in a friendly caring manner .
