Excellent service. It was really easy to make an appointment and at aconvenient time for me. The notary process was explained to me, and both set of documents were signed, witnessed and signed by Mr Gill. The document was then sealed. The cost for the work that was undertaken was reasonably priced in comparison to the same service else where. I would definitely go back if I needed a notary in the future.

I needed a document notarized in an emergency; I called and was able to come in & get it done within an hour. This was despite it being a Saturday afternoon. The service was efficient, professional & courteous, I'm not sure why there are so many negative ratings, as my experience couldn't have been more different. I would highly recommend them.

My buyer used this solicitor- they were extremely slow to react, my solicitor had to continually chase them for replies / responses. Often uncontactable for days on end- my buyer also confirmed this to me.
A few days before the intended exchange, they sent 14 queries which they had been sitting on for over a month. The sale from start to finish took 6 months, and we missed numerous intended dates due to them being unresponsive. Unprofessional & I would avoid at all costs- as a buyer or within a chain! I would give them NO STARS if possible!

TERRIBLE SOLICITORS! STAY AWAY!
I phoned this solicitor's in regards to coming in and getting photocopies of my documents verified. I was told this would be very easy, and that it would take 5mins so I could walk in whenever. I then attended 15 minutes later, paid for parking, and waited a further15 minutes in their waiting area for the solicitor to see me. Only to be told "he didn't have time". If this is how they are when doing a simple 5 minute task, god knows how much they must complicate more complex tasks.

Very helpful and efficient service, used them many times for conveyancing over 30 years. Reasonable rates

Recently I had to go to them for a notary work and Work done efficiently and at a good price too. I would recommend this solicitor!
