Firm seems to be great in its own but operator i spoke to was horrible and had no manners how to deal with clients! Requested to speak to someone in commercial department man tried and came back ywelling at me say yes or no to call back! Rude! ONE STAR FOR THE OPERATOR! Called to ask them to helf me fill out a form as I'm dislecsic and for a consultation and to fill a form out they wanted £800 plus vat absolutely shocking at prices like that

Just them 7 times, each time they would tell me to stay on hold and then end the call, when complained about it they would just tell me it's a connection problem, which is not convincing cause otherwise I would get a call back. Staff are extremely unprofessional, when answered the phone I was greeted by "yeah?" I mean it's supposed to be solicitors.
