Bracknell Hines Solicitor manager there very rude, disrespectfull when i mentioned i needed legal aid made me feel very small because of my financial background. Asked about success rate got very defensive and refused to give any information and decided not to take my case. I advised to make a complaint laughed at me and stated she is the manager and refused my complaint. If you choose this solicitor you have no hope of winning.

I phoned them for my brother just a total mess about got another solicitor in the end. Thancks very much hines.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid, If you need anything done quickly. Even though we were existing clients, after a personal visit, numerous phone calls (which were not returned), over a three week period, I gave up in trying to get a simple engagement letter for them to be instructed on another matter.
