I had a very difficult situation. I was given multiple tickets within the space of a days and I was very distressed. Ann came highly recommended from a close friend. She was very helpful in communicating the process and gave me advice each step of the way.
At this time by the way, we had not even discussed the fees.

What can I say except thank you Ann Crighton! I was facing a ban for speeding and having looked at some of the so called expert large firms and receiving generic emails which stated straight off that I would get a ban I was incredibly disappointed as it was clear they just wanted their over inflated price and were not going to fight for me.
