Burke Niazi were superb in taking my application to be my father’s deputy for property and affairs through the Court of Protection earlier this year. It is supposed to be something you can do on your own but it isn’t, especially as you are likely to be making the application during a period of considerable personal stress. My Solicitor, Elizabeth Cleaver, made sure the process was smooth and seamless: everything happened as she said it would and her calm professionalism was very reassuring. In short I cannot praise her or Burke Niazi highly enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I used this firm for all of my 2 year admission on a mental health ward and 2 years living in the community having suffered a breakdown in 2015. Before i even got to speaking to a solicitor, the receptionist i think, didnt listen to what i was actually saying and neither did she know what she was doing. Kept asking me random questions that had nothing to do with why i called. Not very professional.
