I applied divorce on 4th feb 2022 through the glen solicitor in London paid them £500 advance as the (50%) of their processing fee paid in cash(have a receipt from them)and paid £550 for court fee in next couple of weeks paid through account( have receipt of it).I tried contacting them afterwards through emails,Texts,Calls (have all the proofs) they never contact me or replied me back I am already going through depression and mental state due to my married life and on the top this organisation make my life hell. After contacting them so many times they finally gave me a case reference number.I could not take it anymore so I been to their office and asked why they doing this to me they said they submitted the case but my wife is not replying to court ,If I want I can take my money back as I was not happy with their services I asked them to give me my money back which they transferred £500 after again so many calls and texts(have proofs). Finally I decided to proceed my case on my own and contacted respected authorities(Bury St Edmunds Regional divorce centre)for my original marriage certificate(taken by solicitor
Navpreet Sahota)and update on my case and explained everything and gave them the case number given by solicitor,They said the solicitor never submitted my case he just drafted and kept it side(Have the email from court).I forwarded the email confirming the same from authorities to solicitor to asked what they been doing for last 9 months and why they took court fee £550 which they never paid to court kept this money for that long and wasted my time harassed me for that long after doing all this efforts and spending money to travel to London from poole,As per the court records my case is still on stage zero and needs to go though the same process again.
