We work with a lot of solicitors. Ewan and Co are very thorough and work quickly in comparison to a lot of solicitors. Always pick up the phone and friendly. I can count on one hand the number of solicitors I'd use in the UK and these guys are the first on the list.

Have worked with Ewan and Co over the past 4 years or so and they have always provided a good, efficient service. The team are highly professional, friendly and above all good communicators. Highly recommend them for your conveyancing needs.

Not the most thorough solicitors as I found out the hard way, I recently followed up with them for assistance on my property where I got no response. London is full of solicitors, I would advise taking your estate agent's view and speak to a few.

Purchased a property with Ewan and Co more than a year and a half ago. They provided incorrect tax advice, misread the lease, miscalculated the total payable, failed to transfer the ownership correctly or resolve any issues resulting from their own shortcomings. Average waiting time for response was around one month. A year and a half later we have had to resort to a different solicitor.

I have used this firm for three house purchases and sales so far and I find their level of service excellent. Matthew is always available and returns emails within minutes. The team are very kind,professional, knowledgeable about conveyancing and proactive towards any problems.
Most importantly, they are always reachable and won't disappear for days like many others. I would definitely recommend them.

Matthew is like a breath of fresh air when it comes to solicitors. Friendly on the ball and always responsive! Highly recommended, always a pleasure to deal with.

Do not use these solicitors. They were rude and unresponsive. When they did decide to respond they gave false and misleading information for reasons unknown. They were responsible for a huge list of errors without explanation. The final bill was double the initial estimate and the amount of time taken to complete a simple task was 4 times longer than expected meaning it took nearly 2 years to complete something which could have been done in 3-6 months max. Look past some of these google reviews and dig a little deeper. You will find many more reviews like my own on other sites. Avoid at all costs and avoid the troubles myself and others have experienced.
