I found prince Evans helpful though my business issues. Mike Blank was great and explained me everything since the beginning.

He made me realise things that I didn’t pay attention.

Overall I am more than happy to recommend them.

I am purchasing a Help to Buy property and chose Prince Evans as they were recommended by my developers, and I probably should have checked these reviews first as it seems like I'm having a similarly frustrating experience.

I had great communications initially when I requested a quote and instructed them, but then had radio silence for over a month and only heard from them once I checked in again.

I have to say that the app and portal are fantastic and it's really great to have the visibility - but it's very much needed as it's almost impossible to get a response from them either by email or telephone.

My developers said that they would have expected me to be able to complete by now, but I'm getting no answer from Prince Evans other than that it could be another month plus - bit of a shame as that will leave me couch surfing as my tenancy is up. It's making the process a lot more frustrating, especially as I am getting no answers on what's happening or why this is taking so long.

I imagine that they're overloading their staff and taking on too many clients, as this is the only explanation for the major lack in communication. I'm mostly relying on getting my developers to help apply the pressure too but really have no options but to wait at this point. Maybe avoid this firm if you're doing anything remotely time sensitive....

Unbelievable disaster and incompetence

The stamp duty was paid in full including the application fee. Keep chasing them about what happened and there is no response. After two years in total I've contacted Land registry telling me that they ve sent several emails to Prince Evans Solicitors and they had no response from them which means the application was rejected!
I've been chasing them every day requesting more information and no one responding to my emails or phone calls.

Great service, very experienced & professional people. They have dealt with many issues I faced whilst selling a shared ownership property. A person called Maneli was extremely helpful and fixed these issues in a timely manner.

Terrible response time. We appointed our house purchase to their solicitor James Folly. He was impossible to reach. Not responding to emails and calls for weeks. We sent all the documents required and he didn’t even bother to confirm receiving. No service was provided.
Not recommending.

Extremely poor service. As a first time buyer I requested to be talked through the process after signing up which didn't happen making a lot of the process difficult to understand. This was not helped that when enquiring or clarifying documents I had to wait weeks for a reply from my solicitor several times. On one occaison I had to wait 6 weeks (this included a mix of follow up emails, phone calls and emailing my solicitors manager). I have moved in and still dealing with incorrect information on documents that have not been fixed and being ignored both bg email and telephone.

Obviously, I can't say too much about my situation, however, should you need a gifted solicitor who is exceptionally good, knowledgeable and calm I would highly recommend Mike.

He helped me though my situation with great advice, so we come to a successful conclusion.
