If you’re looking for a conveyancer I cannot recommend Jodie Aston enough. We have just moved and from first enquiry through to completion she was professional, personable and on top of everything, we were kept up to date with the progress of both our house sale and house purchase at all points, we did not need to chase for an update or to chase the sale or purchase down. Jodie made buying our dream house an absolute breeze.

Worst solicitors ever!!! Do not use.
Started off well when asking about information which is why we chose to use them as our solicitors but soon came to regret that decision in the lack of help/guidance and generally doing/taking the opposite options and opinions to there client. (this case us the sellers). Were difficult to talk to and in quite a few cases I found myself knowing more about the standard documents than the so called professional.
They didn't follow there own t&c,s in terms of complaints and found there whole set up a disgrace.

I cant thank Jordan, Yasmin and the team at Swadlincote Smiths enough for all their hard work from start to finish on completing on my first house.

They worked tirelessly to make sure that the fragile chain completed in a timely matter regardless of all the complications we faced from other solicitors/estate agents.

Used Smith Partnership on a recomendation. We were assinged Jordan Williams, who was useless at replying to emails and voicemails. It took us two phone calls for him to reply to a email we sent over two weeks beforehand to him. This is not acceptable, when you want an update on said matter.
