Dealt with Ms Emma Reese and explained all bits however she went to holiday without clarifying everything to her colleague Mr Michael Salber who was unable to understand and get the details form Ms Emma Reese,
Michael was arrogant and rude over the phone and didn't allow me to explain everything in detail. He didn't wanted to go ahead and find information from his colleague but requested us instead however it was advised almost 15 times before with all documentation.
The gentleman had zero customer service and communication skills and absolutely no patience what so ever.
He didn't understood what was communicated to Ms Emma Reese neither he wanted to discuss any details...

Worst service ever...

Went above and beyond to provide a successful completion. Every time there was a twist or a turn in a complex chain they had a solution. Extremely diligent and attentive solicitors, looking out for our best interests throughout the entire process. Genuinely a pleasure to work with. We will be using for all our legal needs!

Very poor service have waited over a year to get things sorted. Unable to contact anyone and the office is closed. Have got refund now and will go somewhere more competent. Very rude staff who think there are doing you a favour by working on your behalf instead of realising they are being very well paid to do so.Avoid

Pretty good service, communication was always fast, however it could be more detailed.
No problems when buying a property.

Terrible: no reponse to questions, refusal to chase issues with consequential delays to moving, rude and unprofessional office staff, potential GDPR breaches, cash deductions without reason. Avoid.
