Katia Lake was the Solicitor for my partner's sale and purchase and I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge and advice. She replied to all our emails very quickly and kept us updated on a regular basis. I must say that we did call and email quite a bit but she was always patient and understood our need for reassurance throughout. I appreciated the fact that she was able to achieve our tight time scale since we needed to complete in time to take our children on holiday. Would definitely recommend. 10 star service!!

Being a first time home buyer really needed a firm and Solicitor who would take the time to walk me through the property purchasing process and support the time scales I wished to complete on. My partner and I used Batchelors Solicitors for a particularly long and complex case (spanning over many years). Specifically we were working with David Gethin there. I'm finding it hard to express just how good a job David did, and how grateful we are for his incredibly hard and skilled work over the years; and all he has done for us in getting the positive outcome we got this week.

David was always available to talk to and advise us any time, which was hugely appreciated given how stressful things were at times. He explained things clearly every step of the way for us in a way we could understand; and always gave us numerous options on how best to move forward, alongside his professional opinion on what he would consider the best approach (which of course was correct, but we always appreciated being given all available options).

The case involved a lot of complex work spanning over many different areas, and David was always highly skilled in each, and ensured everything was always done thoroughly and to the highest of standards.

On a personal level, David is a really friendly, personable guy, and it was a pleasure working with him every step of the way. Im sure they are a capable Solicitors but dont use them if you are expecting to ever be called back. Given up and gone elsewhere.
