Thank you to KWW Solicitors for their great service for a house purchase. Special thanks to Ade who was excellent throughout the process. He was available whenever necessary and maintained great communication. The current market is a bit turbulent which impacts conveyancing and our purchase was not straight forward due to being a probate. But he was assured in his approach to dealing with any concerns and issues. He showed great patience and was professional throughout. Thank you also to Leanne for supporting. We would definitely use KWW again in the future and would recommend their services.

Salv Sole and his team were excellent dealing with a Transfer of Equity quickly as was required and efficiently.
I really appreciated Alison contacting Salv after office hours and him then phoning me on Friday evening because I was distressed being unable to find a solicitor until he agreed to act for my husband and I and he didn't want me to be kept in the dark for the whole weekend.

My dad entrusted them with his will and it was an absolute disaster.
We dealt with Ms. Starkey and she treated me and my sister with extreme disrespect and disregard, not replying to any emails and treating us like we are people on the phone.

We are still not sure why she treated us like that, we are French and it is our best guess as to why she treated us that way.
Hopefully the other employees of KWW are working with a better ethics code, but we highly recommend not to entrust your will with Ms. Starkey
