This is the "London" office of a Solicitor based in Leeds. I am conscious of not libelling the proprietor but i would advise caution in using Jackie Samuels. She was instructed in a simple Freehold purchase but has been unable to complete the transaction in close to three years. She took umbrage when challenged and dis-instructed herself. When asking for the file to be transferred she has attempted to charge us for doing so in breach of Law Society guidelines. We have endless emails from her which seem to just fob us off each time. I will let you be the judge but this is a solicitor I would definitely not consider using again under any circumstances. UPPDATE, she has since refused a legitmate SAR request to obtain my file claiming that it contained no personal information. Clearly a solicitor that has no knowledge of GDPR Law. Steer clear.
