Myself and my partner were assigned to Emily Brown’s team at Poole Alcock Crewe for conveyancing. Although our purchase fell through in the end, I was highly impressed with the service we received. Their communication was spot on and the team were highly professional. We mostly dealt with Ellie who kept us well informed and was always at the end of the phone if we had any queries. I can’t speak for any other teams but I would recommend this team within Poole Alcock.

Nicola attention to detail is second to none nothing is a problem for her, no matter what i needed to discuss she was always there on the phone. A year ago i never thought id see my little boy again an with nicola help an support the outcome as surpassed even my expectation.
