Got a single sentence ALL CAPS reply to an email requesting fees for legal advice regarding a bereavement no less. No hello, no kind regards, just retain me for the whole process or I'm not saying nothing because it would be 'pro bono'. I was enquiring about fees for a consultation, nothing pro bono about it. Stereotypical arrogant lawyers...

Update : A week later the solictor in question apologised in writing.

This firm are a chaotic shambles. They do not read notes properly. You do not get to talk to the same person. I would NEVER use them again.

Shocking company, dont call you back when they say they will and get passed from one office to another because they dont seem to know what offce deals with what.
