Bond Adams are a great firm of Solicitors. They have a dedicated team who bend over backwards to help you. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and go that extra mile. They also don’t rip you off like some other firms I could name. Senior solicitor Rafique really knows his stuff and has assisted in many different areas of law. He often successfully appears in the higher courts and is not frightened to go after and win against larger organisations. Without hesitation I absolutely recommend Bond Adams Solicitors

Bond Adams were a great support during the recent purchase of a flat. They provided great advice and were very professional in all their dealings. Mr Hashim Waka was particularly very helpful and thank you for making it a relatively stress free experience.

DO NOT USE! Please reconsider using this firm. They have failed on both our sale and our purchase and it has cost us. We have pulled both transactions and began the process with a new firm. Bond Adams have completely failed us and were appalling to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

If there was a 0.1 star, this firm would get it. The worst firm in Leicester, don’t be fooled by some of the good reviews. An appalling service with unresponsive SRA managers, even after I’ve used them a few times with recommendations.
Firstly its taken over 7months to register a purchase, and still not done. One of the SRA managers blamed it on Land Registry, then I confirmed from Land Registry the firm never responded to the requisitions raised, hence the application was closed on 22nd of September, after 6months of being lodged. Contacted them endlessly (Both SRA managers) via emails and calls but to no avail, and receptionist can only take notes, costing me loads in bridging and a delay with refinance on this property. Please note this is still ongoing and no one has treated this requisition yet with the land registry, instead they made duplicate applications and ignored the questions raised.
Secondly, they made me pay SDLT on a derelict purchase, which I then had to get a full refund for, from SDLT.
Do not waste your time, unless you want to progress slowly or have a constant headache.
Hire a firm with more values.
It’ll take a few minutes to sort the requisition digitally via land registry in order for the property registration to progress, but instead quick to respond to review but not property registration.

Email this company 3 times if they could help me with my mum who has dementia explained what she wanted, never bothered to reply back! Even emailed head office with no reply!! So please don’t use this company obviously they don’t need the work!! Luckily I’ve found a good solicitor to help my mum! And I wouldn’t give them one star!!!!!!

Definitely one of the best law firms to use. I have had the benefit of using several of the team for various conveyancing requirements and all transactions have ran extremely smoothly. However I would like to mention one particular member of staff Shameela Aziz Sayani who always goes that extra mile to ensure all transactions run smoothly with no complications.
