I have been a customer for a number of years recently we used KieranClarke for renewal of our will and house sale. They were very professional kept us well informed and gave us excellent service. All the staff are very friendly and the costs are discussed up front .A real big thank you to all concerned.

Absolutely disgraceful company, didn't want to give 1 star, no compassion no respect don't know what they are doing , won't talk to you don't seem to talk to eachother, absolutely abysmal, need auditing asap as in my opinion should not be aloud to trade as criminal litigation accredited as they don't follow the law or fiduciary responsibilities. Stay well clear.

Disrespectful time wasters
Having me waiting for months and months to purchase a property . IV been ringing them everyday and I’m still awaiting for a call back. Is it right for any company or person to ignore you, waste your time and money. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!! No care for ones wellbeing

My previous 3 property moves have been handled by Jennifer Wilmot and each time she has proved to be both highly professional and thorough in her approach. Many people I know complain about their experience with solicitors and house buying, but I had absolutely no problems from start to finish. Emails and phone calls were always answered so promptly, and I was never waiting on anything from the solicitors throughout the process. Searches were quick to come back. Being a first time buyer, I had many questions that I asked Kerry, and they were always answered with great detail and helped me understand the process so well. From our offer being accepted to completion, the time took was only around 9/10 weeks. Couldn't be happier! Unprofessional Company (That's being polite)

Few years ago I asked one of their solicitors to deal with my bad neighbours that damaged my property, for three years and at a cost of over £3,000 only later to discover the solicitor wasn't qualified in dealing with my case and as a result I contacted the Legal Ombudsman I received only half the money back Kieran Clarke Green decided to keep the other half even though the work was never completed and because the solicitor wasn't qualified the case never went to court and I could no longer afford to take it any further as well as some of my paperwork was never returned.

They don't even deserve the one star.

We have recently moved house it was a long distance move with complications Kerry Taff was amazing with out her support and professional attitude we could not have done it
