I was very pleased with my experience this morning at Neale Turk Rochfort and was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The first impression you get when you walk into a reception is often telling. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Eila was also friendly, courteous and professional and dealt with my requirements effortlessly.

I would like to thank both Stephen and Chris from Neale Turk Rochfort for their support and diligence during what I can only describe as the most traumatic time of my life.
The journey has been a long one but I can happily say I am through it now and thanks to Neale Turk Rochfort can move forward. Thanks Again

Keren recently handled an application for probate and a property title transfer for us.

We found her to be very professional, friendly and efficient and considered the final invoice to be reasonable and good value for the work involved. We were kept fully informed of developments throughout the process and any questions were responded to in a timely manner.

I'm sad to have to say I had a complete nightmare dealing with them. David charge me £500 more than the original estimate. He was rude, and when it came to providing a completion statement, I didn't agree with the numbers and had some queries. He then wrote telling me he was going to charge me another £500 for his secretary's time looking at the completion statement query. I'm sorry but I would avoid at all costs.

David has been acting for a buyer for my company, someone who wants to remain anonymous, which was strange to say the least. David has been very poor with communication, has not acted professionally, and is now unavailable and will not answer a straight question about the sale and offer. In my view this is not a good firm to deal with, there are plenty of good solicitors out there so my advice is to look elsewhere.

I recommended this firm of Solicitors to my Daughter and Son-in-Law to act for them in respect of their flat sale. It was in Lockdown and Keren Vinall-Morgan and her secretary Donna were always working from home and never available. The advice given by Keren made the complicated sale so stressful and most e-mails and phone calls went unanswered. In the end their advice delayed the sale by months and cost them so much more in fees, for which they took no responsibility. Would never use again or recommend.

Great place with really nice staff, willing to put in extra effort to help their clients. We were treated with a great deal of respect and empathy in a chappenging situation. I would highly recommend them. They treat you like people rather than business. We will be using them again in the future.
