A quick and easy service to use. I initial contacted an independent surveyor and was quoted high with a three week lead time. I then contacted SAM Conveyancing and was given a quote relatively quick the same day which was almost half the previous quote and the survey could be done in a few days! Amy Shepherd handled my quote and was very informative and the communication before and after the survey was done was very informative. I would use SAM Conveyancing again and recommend them to overs. My understanding is that SAM finds solicitors for you and guide you through the process. Although they have a well-explained process on your online account, the fluidity of the whole process will only depend on the solicitors they assign you, thus be very mindful. For my own experience I would highly recommend doing the old way, and by that I mean choosing a solicitor by word of mouth.
