We used Barrington & Sons for our first house purchase 7 years ago. So when we decided to move we got in touch for our sale/purchase of our new home. With lockdown, restrictions and very uncooperative property management and mortgage solicitors we were up against it. Kerrie Turner was brilliant and did everything she could to get the process moving. She said it was one of the most stressful/difficult transactions she has ever dealt with... I second that! Kerrie went the extra mile and we got there in the end. Thank you!

If they have what you want it's ok

Excellent services regarding the sale of two of our investment properties. Initially we approached Holley and Steer but they declined to act on our behalf citing Australian law considerations where there were none. Barringtons understood and were more than happy to act on our behalf.

We have just used Barrington & Sons for our house sale and purchase. They were absolutely fantastic. Having so many in the chain and waiting on so many other Solicitors really brought to light how fantastic Sian and Peter were at quick responses and getting the job done well. I would use again and highly recommend them to others.

7 months and still sat on a file to process a form to land registry, repeatedly told they would call me, file passed from one staff member to another, originally asked them mid dec 2020 to action document and repeatedly called ever month to chase progress and at beginning of Aug 2020 the document to process was still sat on someones desk untouched, they had no intention of processing the form, I've since collected the documents and taken to new solicitor for processing.... horrendous service don't bother with them ...
