We would describe the service as adequate, but lacking a bit of drive. We had a protracted house sale, simple with only two properties involved, ours and what we were buying, and it STILL proved almost too much for them to speed it along. We had our sons house purchase with them, which needed to coincide with our own, so he wasn't homeless, but even that couldn't be managed.
