After visiting Isis legal i was happy with talking to Sarah and she assured me my case would be dealt with, it was dealt with but in a unprofessional manner and in result i have been charged extra for their incompetence. I have been charged for 9 letters due to spelling mistakes and notes not taking correctly on there behalf when only 2 letters was actually sent out. I will never advise anyone to use this service.

Zero stars
2 preset emails then asked for £500. I've already won the case.
Then got email she marked SPAM in error that I could see.

In other words she wanted my emails to go to the "Spam" box.

Disgusting service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Nothing lawful about this lawyer/solicitor!

Last week, both my daughter and I attended this firm for an appt to discuss wills.

We had an appt booked for 12 noon. We arrived on time and pressed the intercom doorbell, as the main entrance door was locked. We waited outside for several minutes (at least 5 mins). As no-one answered the intercom doorbell, we then proceeded to ring the telephone number provided on a flimsy paper door notice. We were eventually answered and apologised to for the wait, and told that she'd be downstairs in a minute. Several more minutes passed before she opened the door (at this point, the young girl embarassingly struggled with the unlocking of the door). By this time, it was 12:12pm.

When we eventually entered, the very young girl (just out of school so it would appear) appeared to lack general customer service etiquette, and seemed much like a rabbit caught in headlights.

She was unprofessional and inarticulate. We explained that we had an appt at 12 noon and that she should swiftly announce our arrival to the solicitor, Sarah Franklin. We explained that we were concerned that we would now not have the necessary time for our meeting, as it was now approx. 12:17pm .

The young girl rings Sarah Franklin's office to make the announcement but isn't answered. She then runs upstairs to find her. More minutes of delay, she comes back down to explain that there must be some confusion as Sarah hasn't got us booked in.

We show the young girl details of our booking time and date, to which she is at a loss to help with, offer any sensible explanation or even articulate a possible cause, as can be expected! So we insist on Sarah Franklin coming down to see us to sort the dilemma. We had afterall, travelled from Rutland (some 40 mins of a journey to Kettering).

Young girl runs back upstairs again, speaks to Sarah and returns explaining that Sarah is now at lunch... but in the building.. the building that is, you know, the kind of one up one down small type offices!

At this stage, we demand that Sarah speaks to us, to at least have the decency and professionalism to explain the muddle we find ourselves in.

Young girl speaks to Sarah again and returns, sheepishly explaining that Sarah says she is quite unwell and doesn't want to spread her germs!!! Unbelievable!

1. If true, why is she even in the workplace if fearful of spreading germs? And at best, she doesn't even care of spreading her germs to her own staff.
2. Sarah Franklin shouldn't be practising law if she cannot demonstrate any integrity.

Shame on you Sarah Franklin for calling yourself a person of law, for providing such poor service and for lacking integrity.

Sarah, let me remind you what the SRA says: You should comply with their Principles, to make sure you behave fairly and with integrity to best serve the interests of your clients and the public interest. The SRA welcomes information about dishonesty or breaches of their Principles.

I am pleased however, to let you know, that on the same day, at short notice, we were given an appt by Borneo Martell Turner Coulston. A blessing in disguise, as interestingly, I understand you were an ex-employee of theirs! Dare I say anymore! Remember Sarah, competition in your local area is vast and fierce, so in treating clients so badly, you might end up as "yesterday's fish and chips wrapping"!

Clients.... don't be fooled by her low prices. You get what you pay for. Avoid, avoid, avoid, unless you want to waste your money completely.

Sarah Franklin shouldn't be allowed to pull a pint, let alone practice law!!! At your peril be it.
