Very disappointed with Cairns Brown. After initial contact by email saying they 'could' assist and then a follow up phone call the following day I didn't receive any further communication. I did try calling their office a few times and left requests for a call back which I eventually received on the 15th Nov, nearly a full month after I first contacted them. This call was to inform me that they 'couldn't' assist me. I have no idea what changed during the initial delay. So from a personal opinion I found them to be unreliable.

They don't offer all the services they claim on their website. I enquired about an initial consultation for a service they advertise only to be hold that they wouldn't be able to assist me with it and that was before they'd even heard the details of the issue.
