Atrocious service provided. Got offered a settlement with work, and was told to see a lawyer as the settlement is a negotioanation. Went to see this lawyer to be told what I knew coming in, that I could sign the settlement and leave with the money, or I could stay. Thank very much for telling me what I already knew. On top of that I was not notified in advance of the cost she was charging, and only told after I had already racked up a massively unnecessary bill.

Awful place. Letter they send are full of mistakes and they are imcompentent with their interpretation of the law. They'll string out any case if legal aid is involved to fill their coffers. Disgusted with their aggressive and arrogant tone and they show an appalling level of integrity!
