I've never had to deal with a solicitor for any reason before hand. Purchasing my first house I wanted someone local. Chris Davison dealt with my case most efficiently, he covered off everything imaginable and further and was prompt with his responses via email. As you can imagine I had a lot of questions, he was very patient with me and very down to earth and honest. Chris went on annual leave due to my completion but passed all details on to his colleague Mr G Molinu who again dealt with accordingly. Very impressed, would recommend and also use again!

Chris Davison handled the conveyancing of the sale of my house during Pandemic restrictions and was always very prompt to respond thoughtfully on the phone or e-mail whenever I, or the Buyers, had any kind of query or concerns. His attitude was very affable and this seemed to be good for relationships all round, and also most likely helped to support all parties to work at a good pace. The office also arranged for a face to face meeting when necessary, and so all arrangements were made to ensure that Covid regulations did not cause delays.
