I am writing this review to share my experience with Spicketts Battrick team. Our property case was with Natalie Raker and Sally and both have been fantastic people so far. Particularly in our case, the Sellers wanted to expedite the sale and we had so less time. I must admit, I thought it would not be possible but Natalie made sure we completed on time. We got all our doubts clarified on the sale. I am so happy with the experience and would recommend their services to anyone.

Benjamin Eaton from the Albany Road branch recently did a conveyance for our house move. Ben was exceptional. Fast, prompt, reliable and highly knowledgeable. The whole process took just under 3 months which was phenomenal. Would highly recommend!

1 STAR IS GENEROUS... AWFUL LAW FIRM.
Zero communication, no one picks up the phone (ever) and they will delay your sale or purchase by months due to them just not reading emails from the other party involved. Avoid. Do not use.
You will have to chase endlessly for months on end to get a response to voicemails and emails, let alone progressing anywhere near completion stage on a property.

I cannot fault the support I received from Kate at Spicketts, Battrick. Selling your property is one of the most stressful things and Kate was helpful at every point. She responded quickly to emails and calls and kept me up to date, even contacting me to let me know she had no news!
I would not hesitate to recommend her.

A big thanks to Natalie Raker for her highly professional, friendly and efficient customer service. She went above and beyond to get our mortgage over the line and did everything possible to insure a smooth and quick process. As first time buyers we were extremely grateful for Nat’s personal touch and making herself so approachable for any questions we had throughout.
