Really poor service, I was dealing with Macloskeys before the merge and I'm in the process of making a formal complaint to the legal ombudsman. It has taken over 2 years to get property registered correctly and this is still not complete. Errors made on paperwork, no ownership taken, poor communication and at times real unprofessionalism demonstrated by the solicitor. I'd avoid using this service and go elsewhere

Wonderful, professional company. They organised everything down to the last detail when asked to come to site to oversee a redundancy situation, everything ran like clockwork. People were put at their ease and the whole process was dealt with sympathetically.

The price was competitive with a detailed illustration provided to make the costs clear right up front. Joe, our solicitor, was recommended by friends and exceeded our expectations. He kept us fully engaged throughout the process, always happy to field questions and take the time to ensure we understood every stage of the buying process. The experience and expertise of both Joe and his colleagues shone through when we had some challenges with the purchase and the title deed restrictions, they were quickly able to identify the problem and propose workable solutions to the sellers solicitors to attempt to get a speedy resolution. My family have used this firm in Wrexham for over 30 years, but it seems that they don't want my business anymore. Over the course of a month 4 telephone calls, one email, and even a call in person at the office door haven't been enough to be able to make an appointment.

You can't speak to anyone without an appointment, but they don't let you make an appointment. Perhaps this review will help me?
