After a search we decided to use these for our conveyancing.
They handled our sale. Were very professional when advising for a flat we were going to buy but we eventually pulled out of that sale and when we found another property were very quick in replying and advancing the sale.
Always were able to drop in with short notice to collect or sign paperwork as required.
Uzma was very helpful and again she was very quick to reply to questions and always appeared to know where we were in the sale even though she must have quite a work load.

I have appointed Mr Mishra on two occasions to convey on auction properties with very short completion times. He has worked within the time limits to complete without issue. He communicates at every stage and assists with the new technology which speeds up the due diligence identification process and document signing and return. Would recommend and instruct again .

Firstly, they (Rahaf sabha & Mr jawad) don’t even deserve one star, I paid them £180 to retrieve my files and records from the home office, (this is a simple 6 week request) however they emailed be back after 19 hours with a simple basic message saying “this can’t be resolved” . They cheated me and took my money. I called another solicitor and they told me this is possible and will take 5/6 weeks for less than the price I paid these two. (150£). I was also told by the new solicitor that she had asked home office if anyone has attempted to retrieve these documents and they said no company or individual has tried to get those documents. This goes to show that these are thieving Solicitors so please please please BE CAREFUL. They will take your money and lie to your face.

It’s a shame for the field of law and rules and I’d be embarrassed if I was Jawad and Sabha.
