Sunil was brilliant from the word go. I found him to be very professional and his advice to me was spot on. He concentrated on just the one case that he is dealing with on that day which was mine. I would recommend him to anyone, as his knowledge of the road laws are exceptional.

From initial meeting to the day in court the whole process was conducted very professionally. I was initially hesitant to pay so much. I found it very hard to justify this.

The reason why went with Sunil was simply because he gave me honest advice free of charge, came across as genuine and most importantly gave logical reasoning.
Hard to see what is the right thing to do when emotionally charged but given the facts presented and above, the decision was made without hesitation or doubt.

I had spoken to several solicitors as anyone would do in my situation. Not one gave me any confidence. Most actually wanted me to try to defend myself although the facts in my case didn't make it seem like a wise approach.

Now seeing the result, I can see why it was worth it.

Sunil was incredible today, he got me a very reduced ban from a situation which was very serious. He knew all staff of the court and which made the court proceedings very smooth. I will recommend this man to anybody who has any traffic related offences.

Sunil’s approach and care was 2nd to none. He filled me with confidence with the way he guided me through this process and he was an absolute professional on court day. It is not until you are in court for yourself that you fully appreciate what is involved. There was a taxi driver in court before me who was represented by a solicitor. I had 6 points on my licence and was caught doing 110mph, My drivers licence is a condition of my employment, without I would have no job. No comment interview

After a crash while drunk and on drugs. I contacted National motoring lawyers. Whose advice was to give a no comment interview and a not guilty plea. After doing the interview I had a light bulb moment. And searched around for further advice. When I contacted Kent traffic law and spoke directly with Sunil. It was obvious I had made a massive mistake. I contacted the officer to arrange another interview Luckily he agreed.
I met Sunil and went through everything from start to finish. He wrote me a pre prepared statement to take to the interview.

After being charged with four offenses. I contacted Sunil again and we then met up with plenty of time before the court date. To again go over the case and defense. He couldn't promise the outcome as they were serious offenses. But made me feel very confident he would do his best for me.

We met at the court where Sunil gave me a run down of what to expect and possible outcomes. Before I was even called into the courtroom he had managed to get one of the charges dropped. In the courtroom he was brilliant at getting my side across. I could not be happier with the result.

Drink Driving. This was my second offence within 3 years. I was caught bang to rights by the police and intended to plead ‘Guilty’ but had concerns about the severity of the sentence and the effect it would have on my working career. The last thing I wanted was a longer ban than necessary and a community penalty with conditions such as a curfew and tag (which in my case was a great possibility).
