Awful experience. The solicitor failed to consider holding a 'retention fee' from the seller and we faced all sorts of problems after buying our property. Worse yet, any correspondence we sent has just been completely ignored by their solicitor, Karin Keeble, who doesn't even bother to acknowledge our concerns. We are really very upset with the quality of the service and aftercare we received from this solicitor. Please do your research before considering using this solicitor as they have no customer service whatsoever.

I struggled with a lack of contact from Graham Sharpe which led me to seek another solicitor. My emails were occasionally overlooked and promises to contact me weren't kept. I complained and then discussed my concerns briefly with Graham over the phone and e-mail and he acknowledged shortcomings. I can't comment on their legal abilities but communication skills fell too short for me.

I have had extremely positive dealings with Lynch Hall & Hornby and particularly with Tracy Bennett on the property side. I have had lots of experience in dealing with solicitors over the years but would happily recommend Tracy from my experience with her.

Even during COVID-19, services were not delayed at all. Tracy went above and beyond with everything. She was there every step of the way and allowed me to focus on other matters in my busy life as I did not have to chase her up on anything relating to the legal process of my home purchase. She was professional, concise, tactful, and within the hour she took action on anything related to my case to solve. If you want a firm that deals with your matters in a straightforward way, go with them. Their fees are very reasonable and quality of the services is excellent. They do not have hidden fees nor does it feel disconnected between their legal team. I will be using these solicitors again when I sell my flat in the future even though I am based in London!
